Privacy Policy

How we handle information about children, families, and donors.

Policy

[PLACEHOLDER — REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW]
Scaffolding, not a policy. Because the foundation collects information about children, income documentation, and consent to share records with third-party providers, this must be reviewed by counsel before launch — with attention to COPPA, FERPA where school records are involved, and Missouri and Kansas requirements.

What we collect

[PLACEHOLDER] — enumerate what is collected through enquiry and application forms, intake consultations, income verification, and donation processing.

Information about children

[PLACEHOLDER] — how information about a minor is collected, the parental consent obtained, storage, access, and retention period.

Sharing with providers

[PLACEHOLDER] — what referral documentation is shared with a provider, the consent that governs it, and what providers may do with it.

Sharing with schools

[PLACEHOLDER] — consent for exchanging progress data with district staff.

Donor information

[PLACEHOLDER] — state plainly whether donor data is ever shared, sold, or rented.

Your rights

[PLACEHOLDER] — how to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.
