For providers

We send you families who need you and can now pay.

Our referrals expand your reach without asking you to discount your rates.

The proposition

If you are a tutor, reading clinic, or licensed diagnostician working in structured literacy, our model is straightforward: we screen families for eligibility, match them to an approved provider, and pay you directly at your rate.

You are not asked to reduce fees or absorb pro bono work. The financial barrier sits with the family, and we remove it. Your practice gains referrals it would not otherwise see, from families who want your expertise but were priced out of it.

What we handle

Eligibility screening. Income verification. Payment administration. Referral documentation, including student background and any existing assessment data.

What we ask

Demonstrated training in structured, sequential, explicit phonics instruction — Orton-Gillingham or equivalent.

Progress monitoring using validated assessment measures.

Quarterly outcome reports on the students we fund.

Satisfactory family feedback.

We are explicit about the consequence: continued partnership depends on documented student improvement. Providers meeting the standard receive continued referrals. Those falling short receive performance improvement requirements or removal from the network. We assess as a purchaser evaluating a vendor, and we would rather say that plainly at the outset.

Formal agreements

We maintain written agreements establishing service standards, reporting requirements, and payment terms.
